\n Before I started working with Pavol, I had huge doubts about myself, stress, panic, and certainly fear. My brain couldn't turn off negative thoughts, I couldn't concentrate on anything, my memory was failing me, and I even wondered if all this was the result of some serious illness.

\n This state of mind led to inefficiency both at work and at home, which people often mistakenly confused with being busy. I couldn't get anything done and then tormented myself with remorse that I had failed again. I was also constantly worrying about what other people thought of me and couldn't say no. I wanted to lose a few pounds, but I couldn't bring myself to do anything about it. At home, I was nervous, irritable, and short-tempered.

Until then, I had no goals, I was basically just surviving and putting everything off until later... I understood the enormous importance of quality sleep and that when I don't get enough sleep, my performance the next day reflects that.

\n The result of four months of coaching is that I no longer work overtime (previously, I worked an average of 10-15 hours of overtime per month). After the summer, I started exercising and immediately paid for lessons with a trainer. I started using personalized affirmations towards myself, I understood that my perfectionism is what lowers my self-confidence, so I stopped blaming myself if I didn't manage to do something on a given day. This led to another goal, which is to learn to say no. Because my no towards others means yes towards myself. Today, I know exactly what I was doing wrong and what to do if I want to change something. My self-confidence has increased, my doubts have decreased, and even if fear arises, I now know how to deal with it.\n <\/div>\n \n
