Prv\u00fdm je ment\u00e1lne nastavenie a pr\u00edprava \u2013 pred \u0161portov\u00fdm z\u00e1pasom, prezent\u00e1ciou alebo vyst\u00fapen\u00edm pred \u013eu\u010fmi. Druh\u00fdm je zvl\u00e1danie em\u00f3ci\u00ed a pocitov po\u010das danej udalosti, preto\u017ee nikdy to nebude stopercentne pod\u013ea na\u0161ich predst\u00e1v a z\u00e1kon hovor\u00ed, \u017ee v\u017edy sa nie\u010do pokaz\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo\u0161onsk\u00fd sa denne stret\u00e1va s t\u00fdm, \u017ee \u0161portovec exceluje na v\u0161etk\u00fdch tr\u00e9ningoch, ale ke\u010f pr\u00edde z\u00e1pas, nedok\u00e1\u017ee to prenies\u0165 do hry. Je be\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee pred tr\u00e9ningom m\u00e1lokto rie\u0161i rutinu alebo ment\u00e1lnu pr\u00edpravu, ale ke\u010f zrazu pr\u00edde do ar\u00e9ny, kde s\u00fa fan\u00fa\u0161ikovia, rodi\u010dia a vedenie klubu, tlaky a o\u010dak\u00e1vania mu roztras\u00fa nohy, srdcov\u00fd tep sa mu zv\u00fd\u0161i a nedok\u00e1\u017ee ani prirodzene d\u00fdcha\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eU biznis l\u00eddrov je to podobn\u00e9. R\u00e1no vstan\u00fa, daj\u00fa si v zhone k\u00e1vu, zobudia deti, pr\u00eddu do pr\u00e1ce, kde je tlak, stres a o\u010dak\u00e1vania. E\u0161te sa nestihli ani poriadne zobudi\u0165 a u\u017e s\u00fa valcovan\u00ed zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch str\u00e1n. Ve\u010der si daj\u00fa poh\u00e1r v\u00edna a \u010fal\u0161\u00ed de\u0148 sa to zopakuje,\u201c pokra\u010duje Lo\u0161onsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePokia\u013e chce \u0161portovec alebo l\u00edder za\u010da\u0165 produkova\u0165 stabiln\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky pravidelne, mus\u00ed sa ku ka\u017ed\u00e9mu d\u0148u \u010di z\u00e1pasu postavi\u0165 rovnako. Ako sa k tomu postav\u00edte? Vybuchnete alebo si zachov\u00e1te chladn\u00fa hlavu a n\u00e1jdete sp\u00f4sob, ako prebudi\u0165 najlep\u0161ie \u201eja\u201c? Va\u0161a emocion\u00e1lna inteligencia je rozhoduj\u00facim faktorom toho, \u010di dosiahnete svoj cie\u013e alebo to bude ne\u00faspech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ako na to? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePrv\u00fdm krokom je za\u010da\u0165 si uvedomova\u0165, \u017ee sa to deje, a vn\u00edma\u0165, ako na tieto veci reagujeme. \u017divo reflektujem na bl\u00edzku minulos\u0165, ke\u010f som so svoj\u00edm U12 t\u00edmom hral vyrovnan\u00fd z\u00e1pas v Bratislave a vybuchol som na nich, \u010d\u00edm som e\u0161te zv\u00fd\u0161il tlak a takmer vyhrat\u00fd z\u00e1pas sme prehrali. Reflektoval som svoje spr\u00e1vanie a moje reakcie po\u010das z\u00e1pasu. Odvtedy sme mali dva \u010fal\u0161ie ve\u013emi vyrovnan\u00e9 z\u00e1pasy, dok\u00e1zal som zosta\u0165 pokojn\u00fd a rozv\u00e1\u017eny. Moji zverenci vyc\u00edtili, \u017ee ich l\u00edder ich upokojuje a d\u00e1va rady s chladnou hlavou, preto aj oni zostali s\u00fastreden\u00ed a nepod\u013eahli tlaku. Podarilo sa n\u00e1m oba z\u00e1pasy vyhra\u0165. Prek\u00e1\u017eky sme zdolali s rozvahou,\u201c opisuje kou\u010d svoju sk\u00fasenos\u0165 z praxe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eTo, \u010di \u0161portovec, tr\u00e9ner alebo CEO vie udr\u017ea\u0165 em\u00f3cie na uzde, m\u00e1 nielen vplyv na jeho samotn\u00fa hru, ale aj na v\u0161etk\u00fdch okolo. A \u010do vtedy, ke\u010f sa to cel\u00e9 nepodar\u00ed a je z toho ten ob\u00e1van\u00fd ne\u00faspech? Ten pr\u00e1ve treba najviac uchopi\u0165 a zanalyzova\u0165, preto\u017ee to s\u00fa tie momenty, ke\u010f \u010dlovek najviac vyrastie.
