Are you sitting on the bench, or playing in your own league?

I still remember sitting on the bench while we were playing for medals – and I felt absolutely nothing.

My mind was somewhere else.

It was pulling me towards business, somewhere I felt I could truly make an impact.

I wanted to coach and mentor people who were really at the top of their game – high-profile clients.

My agent offered me a guaranteed three-year contract worth over €100,000.

At my “veteran” age, that wasn’t a bad deal.

Housing, family security, and the option to work with a few clients on the side.

Many would call that a win. But for me, it wasn’t enough.

I wanted MORE from life than just dying on the bench and being content with what someone else gave me.

I wanted to play in a completely different league – surrounded by different people, different energy.

It only took one book – Trillion Dollar Coach – about football coach Bill Campbell, who helped Steve Jobs build Apple.

The moment I read it, I knew who I wanted to be and where my place was.

So, I stepped into business as a complete beginner – an outsider.

But over time, my skills and competencies started to grow.

From athletes, I moved on to coaching entrepreneurs.

From coaching entrepreneurs, to building businesses.

From building businesses, to scaling and finding FREEDOM.

Not just for myself, but for others, too.

Athletes remain close to my heart – they always will.

And I believe that one day you’ll hear about:

Olympian Max,

National Team player Stella,

EuroLeague players Richard and Tomáš.

But where I truly found myself was in drawing up game plans for those who also want FREEDOM.

And only now do I finally feel like a real player – not just a veteran in the locker room.

Looking back, it was never about learning how to operate a nuclear power plant.

It was about systematic steps and the willingness to learn new things.

Even when it didn’t make sense at first, eventually the “click” always came, and everything fell into place.

Like the first time I created a premium offer.

Like when I mapped out the three-tier offer system.

When I built the Circle of Champions program.

When I set up a web of passive income.

When I started selling micro-offers.

Today, my business generates more in a year than what my agent once offered me for three.

Today, I train at my own pace – for joy and personal goals – and if I don’t feel like it, I don’t have to.

Today, I’m not just present in appearance with my family, but truly present as a father and husband.

Now it is your turn.

Maybe you’re the one sitting on the bench, feeling nothing – because deep down, you know life has more to offer.

Maybe you also dream of your own game, your own league, but you’re afraid to take the first step.

Remember, every great player started at the starting line – uncertain, maybe confused, maybe even scared.

The difference between those who win and those who remain on the bench isn’t luck or talent.

It’s the courage to take the first step and keep going, even when it doesn’t make sense.

Everyone has their own “click” that moves them forward.

And you can have yours, too.

Don’t just be a spectator in your own life.

Become the player who writes their own story.

Because freedom, joy, and success are waiting for those who have the courage to play full out.

Always in your corner
